STAFF & TRAINING
Our fully trained team, who have a range of qualifications, work closely with parents to assess any shortfall in knowledge, skills and understanding for caring for their child and offers individual parenting support programmes, according to the needs and capabilities of the parents.

A key worker system is in operation, to encourage the development of a working relationship with families and staff, based on mutual understanding, respect and trust.

Our training system offers in-house and external training courses which equip the staff team with the most up to date and effective skills for supporting and assessing the families in placement.
​
All new staff members complete a comprehensive induction program in line with HCPC Standards of Conduct to help equipment them with the skills and knowledge required to work with children and families with complex needs.
